Home Retrofitting Detail Design Development To Start In February 2025

My partner and I used Kasia and Alex to design a refurbishment of our top floor apartment. This project also involved designing a roof terrace on top of our existing apartment. It was a complex and, and at times, daunting project. However, The Artes team made the process much smoother from the design to the construction phase. They liaised with our builders seamlessly, problem solving issues with the builders and ensuring the process ran smoothly (with much less stress for us). ARTES produce excellent work. We are purchasing our first home and required architectural plans and drawings for our license to alter. They were very comprehensive with their site visit and have taken the time to explain each step of the process to us. They also provided two options for what we wanted to achieve with our home detailed in their plans so we can discuss with the builders. ARTES are patient, informative and very punctual even with short timeframes. No job too small, no questions too stupid, and no request too unreasonable for them!
