6. Does ARTES London Do Project Management?

In short, no we don’t act as the Project Manager responsible for organising trades and suppliers or running the construction programme day to day.

However, we do provide Contract Administration and Site Monitoring, which is a typical architect’s role.

As Contract Administrator, we administer the building contract to protect your interests: we assess and value work completed for payments, review quality on site, manage contractor queries (RFIs), and agree any variations. We also liaise with relevant parties such as Building Control and Party Wall surveyors to help ensure the works are carried out in line with the contract and statutory requirements, keeping your project moving forward smoothly.
