2. What’s The Cost for a Project Exploration?
We offer a Project Exploration as either a video consultation or an on-site (in-person) consultation.
- Project Exploration (On-site): £250 + VAT
- Project Exploration (Video call): £100 + VAT
Both are deducted from our fee should you appoint us for your project.
Once your booking date/time and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive our comprehensive Project Design Road Map (PDF). It provides detailed guidance on the journey you’re about to embark on, so you feel prepared ahead of our call or on-site meeting.

The first step is a Project Exploration with a senior member of our Design Team, where we’ll understand your goals, timeline, budget, and full brief. After that, we’ll prepare a clear Project Exploration Strategic Plan, outlining scope, deliverables, our bespoke advice on the next steps for your project, and the related fees should you decide to appoint ARTES London.
